Ernest has been involved in telesales for 13 years, selling products and services across the spectrum, from individuals right through to large companies and local government. He has also been involved in sales management, administration and training, ranging from companies up to several millions in turnover. He has given talks on selling to companies such as Abbey Life, London and Manchester Assurance, Epson and Xerox.

Louise is a fully qualified Microsoft accredited trainer, her main strength being the Office suite of programs. She can give training one to one or in a 'live' office environment, even remotely via the phone. She can train at any level from simple Windows applications right through to complex spreadsheets and pivot tables and presentation work.
